Hi, I’m Adam, a 28 year old guy from Sydney, Australia.
Not so long ago, like many people I was looking to get into the property market.
I’m an engineer by profession, which means I like to understand how stuff works, be it building a bridge or buying an investment property.
The problem was, when I went looking on the internet for information, it was a mess!
Advertisements, sales pitches, the occasional news article, short blog posts with no detailed information, even a wikiHow page.
Seriously, try googling how to invest in property. See what I mean?
I felt like I was going blind into the whole thing.
So I read magazines and books. I met with friends in the industry. I spoke with real estate agents, attended auctions, sat down with mortgage brokers, and asked as many questions as I could think of.
Somehow I made it through the other side with my first investment property. But I felt like it shouldn’t have to be that hard for everyone.
My goal is to create the ultimate online resource that provides practical advice and easy to follow information that will save you time and money in your real estate journey.
And finally, please read this carefully:
I don’t consider myself a real estate guru; the information you will find here is not secret and definitely not “get rich quick” schemes – actually more the opposite.
This is why you won’t see me offer any seminars or paid consultations – not because I don’t want to help, but because honestly most of the information I could give you can be found for free here on my site or elsewhere. If you need some help figuring stuff out, simply leave a comment or use the contact form and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
Successful property investment takes a lot of hard work, a lot of patience and a little bit of luck too, although I honestly believe we create our own luck.
You won’t find any sales pitches or fluffy information here– just real life recommendations based on my own research and experience.
Thanks for taking the time to read this, and I hope to see you on the site sometime soon.
